- Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Assist with scheduling of elevator for move in/out and bell/valet services
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Italian
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds

Position Summary
- Respond to Residence owners’ and their guests’ requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services.
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction.
- Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities.
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing access.
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Assist with scheduling of the elevator for move in/out and bell/valet services.
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
