The Role of the Concierge Agent
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

- Prime location in the heart of the capital, nestled within the iconic 99 storey Kingdom Tower.
- 276 spacious and light filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.
Food & Beverage
- The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests.
- Our event facilities offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters of space.
SPA and Wellness
- Our world class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room for female guests.
- This haven of rejuvenation also encompasses high end facilities and a meticulously outfitted fitness center.
Knowledge and Skills
- This role is offered on a local hire basis in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
- 1 year of front office or related work experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
- Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
- Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
- As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Concierge's to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
