- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with various departments
- Welcome, recognize, and assist guests during arrival and departure
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and special requirements professionally
- Prepare and review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room assignments, and guest recognition arrangements
- Manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling and foreign currency exchange
- Maximize hotel revenue through upselling opportunities and guest engagement
Requirements
- Degree in hotel and restaurant management preferred
- 2 4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Description
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with various departments.
- Welcome, recognize, and assist guests during arrival and departure.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
- Prepare and review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room assignments, and guest recognition arrangements.
- Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Manage cashiering responsibilities, including handling cash, foreign currency exchange, balancing assigned banks.
- Maximize hotel revenue through upselling opportunities, guest engagement, and promoting hotel facilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
- 2 4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
- Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage.
