Overview

We are seeking a

professional and customer-focused Concierge

to support day-to-day operations at a residential property.

The role requires delivering a high level of service experience while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for all resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and management teams for timely issue resolution
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all residents
  • Manage front desk / reception operations efficiently
  • Handle phone calls, emails, courier deliveries, and visitor logs
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, service requests, and daily activities
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with entry procedures
  • Report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or emergencies promptly
  • Ensure emergency contact details and escalation procedures are up to date
  • Handle complaints calmly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction
  • Maintain professional grooming and behavior at all times
  • Provide a service-oriented approach to support resident needs

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 1–3 years’ experience
  • in concierge, front desk, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, reporting)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in English;
  • Arabic is an advantage
