About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective compliance framework addressing key requirements of Principals and Regulators
- Build and maintain relationship with Principal's compliance organizations and act as focal point for compliance reviews/audits
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews to ensure adherence to compliance framework and agree remedial measures
- Conduct investigations in coordination with Group Compliance Team and report findings
- Design and deliver compliance training courses to enhance awareness across job roles
- Coordinate internal audits and support Business Units in implementing audit action plans
- Provide compliance advisory on proposed contracts, transactions, offers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business management (MBA) preferred
- Certification in Corporate Compliance and Ethics
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail automotive business operations
- Experience in conducting compliance reviews / audits
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic an advantage
- Overall 10 years or more of professional experience required

Job Purpose
- Ensure that the automotive business units operate in accordance with Principal’s guidelines of business conduct and applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement an appropriate compliance framework.
- Design and conduct Compliance Awareness training sessions.
- Perform Compliance Reviews to assess operational gaps.
- Build and maintain appropriate relationships with Principal’s Compliance team.
Key Accountabilities
- Implementation and execution of an effective framework that addresses key compliance requirements of Principals and Regulators.
- Build and maintain appropriate relationship with the compliance organizations of Principals and act as focal point for compliance reviews/audits.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews to ensure adherence to compliance framework; agree remedial measures and follow up.
- Conduct investigation in coordination with Group Compliance Team, identify potential breach, report findings and recommendation.
- Contribute to enhancing awareness of compliance by designing training courses.
- Coordinate and facilitate all activities related to Internal audits.
- Coordinate and support Business Unit to establish/revise SOPs, guidelines.
- Act as an advisor to the business to ensure operations are in accordance with compliance framework.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in business management (MBA) preferred.
- Certification in Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
- Experience in Internal Audit (preferred).
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail automotive business operations.
- Should have developed and delivered training sessions to various levels of staff.
- Experience in conducting compliance reviews / audits will be a major advantage.
- Should possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
- Overall 10 years or more of professional experience is required.
