Job Purpose
Oversee and manage operation related activities to provide required internal customer service support for showroom.
Efficiently manage collections, credit control activities and achieve customer service goals.
Effectively lead the team to achieve their objectives in accordance with set procedures and policies.
Key Accountabilities
- **Credit Control:**
- Manage balance confirmation documents and submits the same to the Finance Department.
- Submit complete set of requirements for customers applying for credit facility.
- Assist in adjustment of credit note from customer invoices as per approval and set guidelines.
- **Collections:**
- Implement credit and collection policy of the company.
- Consistently follow up on customer payments and make sure that outstanding balances are settled on time.
- Assist the sales department in finalizing and completing bank deals.
- Facilitate with customers bank guarantee renewal.
- **Relationship & Customer Service:**
- Develop and build close relationship key external stakeholders like Government officials and internal executives of the business.
- Ensure that Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is maximized and customer expectations are exceeded during all interactions.
- Coordinates with Government officials to process official documentation and sort out work related issues.
- **Team Support:**
- Provides administration support to employees and is posed with communicating at all levels.
Qualification
Diploma in Business, Management or equivalent.
Experience
- 6 – 7 years of minimum experience in operations role within a large diversified group.
- Experience within automotive industry
