About the Role
ALFAHIM is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing plans, manage customer communication, and drive loyalty programs. You will work closely with the CME and central marketing teams to target relevant segments and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Develop and update CME marketing plan in coordination with line manager and central Marketing team
- Ensure marketing plans are executed within budget and according to customer lifecycle communication plan
- Develop new mechanisms and enhance CRM processes and marketing strategies to target relevant segments
- Develop and implement digital marketing mechanisms through liaising with business units
- Oversee and manage copywriting (English & Arabic) for online E shots, e newsletters, and direct mailers
- Acquire new partners and offer mechanisms to enhance retention and acquisition rate of loyalty program members
- Develop and execute events for existing customers and manage business to business events
- Prepare monthly performance reports for business units detailing campaign performance and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 5 years of minimum experience in Marketing; out of which 2 years should be in marketing campaigns (e.g., email, mail, SMS, telemarketing)
- Experience in copywriting & CRM agencies is preferred
