Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to local communities, fitness centres, gyms, health studios, and event organizers for collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate and manage sponsorships, product giveaways, and co branded activations
- Represent the brand at fitness events, expos, markets, and community gatherings
- Build a pipeline of recurring partners and track partnership performance
- Grow owned community across social channels, email, and in person touchpoints
- Plan and run community programs: ambassador programs, challenges, tastings, pop ups, and member perks
- Collect and channel community feedback into product and marketing decisions
- Develop content and messaging that speaks authentically to a wellness minded audience
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align initiatives with brand goals
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in partnerships, community management, brand partnership, or field/event marketing
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Experience growing or managing an online or offline community
- Comfortable representing a brand in person at events, on camera, in conversation
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple partner relationships and events at once
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and nutrition
- Active network across creators, agencies, media, and brand ecosystems
- Willingness to travel locally and work some evenings/weekends for events

About the Role
- We're looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to be the face of our brand in the real world.
- You'll build relationships with local communities, fitness centres, and event organizers to create collaborations.
- This is a hybrid role: part outbound relationship builder, part community builder.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to local communities, fitness centres, gyms, health studios, and event organizers for collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage sponsorships, product giveaways, and co branded activations.
- Represent the brand at fitness events, expos, markets, and community gatherings.
- Build a pipeline of recurring partners rather than one off activations.
- Track partnership performance (reach, engagement, sample to sale conversion) and report on ROI.
- Grow our owned community of health conscious customers across social channels, email, and in person touchpoints.
- Plan and run community programs: ambassador programs, challenges, tastings, pop ups, and member perks.
- Collect and channel community feedback into product and marketing decisions.
- Develop content and messaging (with the marketing team) that speaks authentically to a wellness minded audience.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align partnerships and community initiatives with broader brand goals.
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years in partnerships, community management, brand partnership, or field/event marketing (ideally in food, wellness, fitness, or Consumer Packaged Goods).
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Experience growing or managing an online or offline community.
- Comfortable representing a brand in person — at events, on camera, in conversation.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple partner relationships and events at once.
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and nutrition.
