Position Overview
Own the end-to-end commissioning program for a multidisciplinary project covering MEP, ELV, BMS, and power interfaces.
Deliver safe, SBC-compliant, performance-verified handover on schedule with auditable documentation and authority approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Author commissioning plans, RACI matrices, L0 to L4 gate criteria, readiness checklists, and recovery playbooks.
- Build the commissioning master schedule, coordinate test windows and energizations, chair weekly meetings, and remove delivery constraints.
- Standardize commissioning documentation, including ITPs, test packs, pre-functional checklists, method statements, cause-and-effect records, and trackers.
- Lead integrated systems testing across HVAC, TAB, plumbing, fire, ELV, BMS, and power systems.
- Verify installation readiness against IFC documents, specifications, codes, and standards, and manage NCR and RFI closure.
- Lead KSA authority and third-party engagements, including Civil Defense, SEC or National Grid SA, and the House of Expertise.
- Own handover dossiers, O&M and training plans, spares, warranties, as-builts, trend reports, KPIs, and PAC/FAC signoffs.
- Issue weekly dashboards covering progress, risks, punch-list aging, test pass rates, and executive exceptions.

- Mechanical systems include chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, FAHU, FCU, hydronic and air TAB, and smoke control.
