- Complete mis en place and set up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, ensuring proper temperatures
- Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisor
Requirements
- Basic & local necessary food hygiene certificates
- Minimum of 2 3 years in a basic culinary position
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques
- Good English communication skills
- Certificate in culinary, preferred

Your day to day
- Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards.
- Complete mis en place and set up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
- Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, etc.
- Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, ensuring perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation.
- Be familiar with new products, recipes & preparation techniques.
- Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions.
- Promptly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment requiring repair to immediate supervisor.
What We need from you
- Basic & local necessary food hygiene certificates.
- Certificate in culinary, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 3 years in a basic culinary position, preferably in a similar operations style.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques & personal grooming.
- Good English communication skills.
