- Assist with inventory management, monitoring stock levels of essential baking ingredients.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of all ingredients to guarantee freshness and quality.
- Support the plating and presentation of desserts and pastries to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a commis pastry or bakery in a luxury hospitality company
- Formal culinary training or certification is a distinct advantage
- Deep understanding of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and intricate dessert presentation
