Job Description
- As a Commis II Chef, you prepare great tasting food items and spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Execute complex recipes, maintain menu knowledge, oversee stations, quality control and inventory checks
- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keep food service stations stocked and sanitary
- Manage inventory needs, prepare requisitions for supplies and food items
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
