Job Description

  • As a Commis II, you prepare great tasting food items and spread the light and warmth of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Execute complex recipes and oversee stations, quality control, and inventory checks
  • Inspect all preparations and dishes before serving to ensure quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper food handling and safety protocols
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
  • Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
