About the role

As a Commis II in the Kitchen you will be responsible for the preparation and assisting with the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie.

What you will do

  • You will set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed, prepare the station for service, prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing, and ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
  • As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Commis II to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you bring

Culinary education is strongly preferred

At least 2 years culinary experience

Passion for food

Strong command of the English language

Excellent commitment to service and team work
