- Handle waste disposal and linen management appropriately
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
- Attend daily briefings and contribute to team communication
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Job Description
- A Commis plays a vital role in the kitchen brigade, supporting food preparation, mise en place, and presentation of dishes. Requires solid understanding of basic culinary techniques, attention to hygiene and safety, and ability to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
