- Prepare and present a variety of high quality pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked products
- Assist in daily pastry kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Ensure all products are prepared according to recipes, specifications, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Support senior chefs in production planning and inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high standard kitchen
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
