Novotel Hotels is seeking a Commis 1 - Cold to join its kitchen team and develop culinary skills in a hospitality environment.

Kitchen and Service Responsibilities
- Prepare, arrange, and serve food according to standards set by the sous chef.
- Prepare the workstation and mise en place according to daily requirements and stock lists.
- Support breakfast and à la carte service and maintain the correct sequence of service.
- Control portion sizes and presentation before dishes are handed to the pass.
