- Drive business development by identifying new accounts and expanding distribution opportunities
- Maximize sell in and sell out performance through effective forecasting, commercial planning, and execution
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and implement action plans
- Manage distributor performance in India
Requirements
- 7 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury Retail, FMCG, or Travel Retail
- Proven experience managing distributor markets and driving commercial growth across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of Travel Retail and/or Duty Free environments
- Experience leading regional sales teams and developing high performing people
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, forecasting, budgets, and P&L performance
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly

What you'll be doing
- We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the Elizabeth Arden business across the Middle East Travel Retail network and the India distribution market.
- This is a highly autonomous leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager, with full ownership of commercial performance across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of the Elizabeth Arden business across Travel Retail and the India distribution market.
- Deliver sales, profitability, and market share objectives through strong commercial execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders and Beauty Advisors across multiple countries.
- Build long term relationships with key partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive business development by identifying new accounts and expanding distribution opportunities.
- Maximize sell in and sell out performance through effective forecasting, commercial planning, and execution.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and implement action plans to drive continuous growth.
- Manage distributor performance in India, ensuring strong execution, compliance, and brand representation.
- Develop annual and monthly forecasts while working closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Product Registration teams.
- Ensure best in class merchandising, product availability, pricing competitiveness, and brand visibility.
- Manage trade marketing investments and distributor budgets to maximize commercial return.
- Travel regularly across the region to support market development.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 7 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury Retail, FMCG, or Travel Retail.
- Proven experience managing distributor markets and driving commercial growth across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of Travel Retail and/or Duty Free environments.
- Experience leading regional sales teams and developing high performing people.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, forecasting, budgets, and P&L performance.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience negotiating with retailers, distributors, and commercial partners.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make commercial decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into action plans.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
