- Lead the hotel’s commercial strategy: Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Business Development functions
- Drive revenue growth and market share: Develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning
- Analyze market opportunities: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for growth
- Strengthen key business relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and other key stakeholders
- Lead cross functional collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and department leaders to align commercial initiatives with hotel objectives
- Oversee commercial performance: Review commercial KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets
- Develop and inspire high performing teams: Coach, mentor, and support Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams
- Represent the hotel and the Hilton brand: Act as a key ambassador for the hotel within the market

Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Lead the hotel’s commercial strategy: Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Business Development functions to drive overall commercial performance.
- Drive revenue growth and market share: Develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning across all segments.
- Analyze market opportunities: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for growth and business expansion.
- Strengthen key business relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
