Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales/marketing
- At least 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving large scale sales targets and managing full sales cycles
- Strong experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and performance management frameworks (BSC/KPIs)
- Deep knowledge of the local real estate market, developer ecosystem, and regulatory environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Role Overview
