About the Role

  • We have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director to join the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team.
  • Responsible for driving the hotel’s strategic commercial performance through Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, MarCom, and Public Relations.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget in line with property objectives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning.
  • Drive brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the Director of PR.
  • Evaluate and analyze market opportunities to develop business leads and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms and guest touchpoints.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a strong commercial team to deliver measurable results and brand consistency.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, with a strong background in revenue and budget management.
  • Luxury hospitality expertise with knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy in a pre opening or repositioning environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, and multi project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
