- Drive strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of card portfolio, covering core and co branded products.
- Manage co brand partnerships, fulfill contractual obligations, and maximize sponsorship value.
- Lead design and rollout of innovative card products tailored to market needs.
- Define product value propositions (CVPs) and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop compelling campaign concepts integrating sponsorship elements to boost card usage.
- Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs; coordinate with analytics teams.
- Manage integration with card processing systems, switches, and vendors.
- Ensure seamless delivery of regulatory changes and compliance adherence.
- Act as central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments.
- Experience with co brand card product launches and partner relationship management.
- Knowledge of cards (Debit, Credit and Prepaid) profitability and key metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Purpose of the Project
- The Cards Product Management Specialist will drive strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of card portfolio, covering both core and co branded products.
- Focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth, improved customer engagement, and portfolio profitability while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- End to end ownership of product strategy and execution, managing co brand partnerships, and maximizing sponsorship value.
Key Activities
- Support in managing relationship with sponsorship partner and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Act as central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead design and rollout of innovative card products tailored to market needs.
