Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new accounts across corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment segments.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through networking, outreach and market research.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to maximise conversion and account growth.
  • Maintain strong pre and post event communication to encourage repeat business and long term partnerships.
  • Organise and support marketing initiatives, including Fam trips, site inspections, ALL loyalty events, trade shows, and client networking events.
  • Represent the hotel cluster at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines, ensuring all client interactions are logged.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to Corporates in the hotel industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills A strong team player
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Self motivated and results oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in English spoken & written.

Additional Information

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
