About the Role
Accor is seeking a Cluster Sales Executive to drive revenue across corporate, sports, and entertainment segments. You will manage accounts, prospect new business, and build client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new accounts across corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment segments
- Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through networking, outreach and market research
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts and pricing agreements
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to maximise conversion and account growth
- Maintain strong pre and post event communication to encourage repeat business and long term partnerships
- Organise and support marketing initiatives, including Fam trips, site inspections, ALL loyalty events, trade shows, and client networking events
- Represent the hotel cluster at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions to increase brand visibility
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines, ensuring all client interactions are logged
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
- Achieve or exceed individual and team revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to Corporates in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Self motivated and results oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
- Fluent in English spoken & written

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to Corporates in the hotel industry
