Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cluster General Manager to lead and oversee operations across our Jeddah and Makkah locations Saudi Arabia in IBIS & Adagio Jeddah City Centre and IBIS Styles / Mercure Makkah Aziziyah.
- In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building high performing teams across the cluster.
- The ideal candidate will bring decisive leadership, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of managing multi unit operations in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities in the Jeddah and Makkah regions
- Oversee all operational aspects across multiple locations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service standards, and facility maintenance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and implementing cost control measures
- Build, mentor, and motivate high performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
- Manage P&L responsibilities for the cluster, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate leadership, local partners, and community organizations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to achieve or exceed targets
