Job Description
- Cluster Director of Sales driving revenue growth across all hotel segments, spreading hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute sales strategy across group, business transient, leisure transient, and catering segments
- Drive revenue performance and profitability through pricing and business mix optimization
- Lead business reviews and planning, contributing to long range commercial planning
- Ensure commercial alignment with revenue and marketing leaders
- Foster stakeholder relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs, and key clients
- Develop data informed strategies by tracking market and competitor activity
- Cultivate a high performing team through recruitment, performance management, and development
