The role is Flutter Flow Lead Developer.
The position requires 6–8 years of experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile and web applications using FlutterFlow.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and maintainable FlutterFlow UI/UX.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams on application requirements.
- Build custom functionality and integrate custom Dart code.
- Implement authentication, state management, and API integrations.
- Optimize performance, manage data flows, and ensure platform scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and its components.
- Experience with the FlutterFlow visual development platform.
- Experience with Dart programming.
- Experience with Firebase or other backend technologies for real-time cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Experience testing and debugging Flutter applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile design and user experience practices.
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs into FlutterFlow applications.
Additional Required Skills
- Experience creating and customizing pre-built FlutterFlow UI components and templates.
- Experience using FlutterFlow's built-in CMS and real-time database.
- Experience with custom widget integration and custom Dart code inside FlutterFlow.
- Knowledge of application deployment and publishing.
- Familiarity with writing unit test cases within FlutterFlow.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end application lifecycle experience from design and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Experience publishing applications to the Play Store and App Store.
- Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience with third-party SDK integrations, analytics, and crash reporting tools.
- Knowledge of modern design systems and Figma-to-FlutterFlow workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
