Cloud Reliability Engineer III (Linux)

Implement policy enforcement and configuration baselines.

Document standards, golden paths, and runbooks.

Execute upgrades, patching, and change windows safely.

May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Enhance observability and SLO/SLA reporting.

Troubleshoot incidents and drive corrective actions.

5+ years in cloud engineering or platform operations. 5+ years of experience working on Linux based systems. 5+ years Production experience in Cloud technologies - Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, Azure functions, Azure automation and runbooks, workbooks, Insights, Security center, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics. Hands on experience with IaC tools like ADO, ARM, terraform, ansible, PowerShell, python, azcli, github.

Familiarity with containers/serverless and CI/CD. Understanding of backup/DR patterns in cloud. Hands on with automation, IAM, networking, and core cloud services.

Azure Governance, Security, Monitoring, Workbooks, Compliance, and cost awareness.

Strong problem solving and communication.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.

Azure Identity including any of the following: Azure AD, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, Azure AD Connect, Password less sign-ins, Microsoft Defender, key vault.

Azure Virtual Network, VWAN, Express route, Load Balancer (L4/L7), Traffic Manager, CDN, Azure DNS, routing & routing protocols like BGP, firewall concepts.

Azure Certifications.

5+ years in cloud engineering or platform operations.
