Coordinate with vendor partners and track contract deliverables. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent communication. Oversee planning, resource coordination, timelines, and cross team dependencies.
Monitor actuals and report variances, outlining mitigation steps to stay within approved thresholds. Track and report program financials, highlighting risks such as invoicing issues or other concerns.

Experience managing interdependencies across teams. Proficiency in financial management and reporting at both the program and project level. Background delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe). Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
8+ years of experience in project or program management.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience managing interdependencies across teams.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting at both the program and project level.
Background delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe).
