Project Role
Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross-technology administration of operating systems, databases, and virtual networks.
Execute scripting and monitoring automations and manage incidents with a focus on service restoration.
Provide operational support for computer, network, storage, security, and automation incidents and requests.
Must Have Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience managing virtual networks, storage, and databases is required.
- Strong scripting and automation skills are required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud operations incidents is required.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements is required.
Good to Have Skills
- Microsoft Azure DevOps experience is good to have.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform independently and become a subject-matter expert.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cloud infrastructure reliability and performance.
- Document operational procedures and incident resolutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Guide junior team members with routine operational tasks.
