Job Summary
On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are hiring a high-energy and resilient Cloud Business Development Manager to drive cloud adoption within the rapidly evolving Web3 and FinTech ecosystem.
Based in the UAE, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and expanding strategic cloud clients, including Web3 platforms, digital asset infrastructure providers, payment companies, and FinTech institutions.
You will work cross-functionally with product, solution architecture, legal, and delivery teams to design and sell cloud solutions that meet demanding performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory
for this role.
Candidates from the Southeast Asia region are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Business Development:**
- Identify, develop, and close cloud business opportunities within the Web3 and FinTech sectors.
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with founders, CTOs, CISOs, and key decision-makers.
- **End-to-End Deal Management:**
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and solution positioning through commercial negotiation and contract execution.
- **Solution Collaboration:**
- Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design cloud architectures that support high concurrency, low latency, security, and regulatory requirements for Web3/FinTech workloads.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy:**
- Develop and execute targeted GTM strategies for cloud solutions aimed at Web3 and FinTech clients.
- **Pipeline & Revenue Management:**
- Forecast, track, and report pipeline, revenue, and KPIs against assigned targets.
- **Legal & Compliance Coordination:**
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams on contract discussions, regulatory considerations, and client onboarding.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands within the Web3 and FinTech cloud ecosystem.
- **Global Travel:**
- Travel frequently to engage clients and partners, primarily across Southeast Asia and Europe.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **5-8 years of experience**
- in cloud sales, business development, or B2B technology sales.
- **Proven experience engaging enterprise or high-growth technology clients.**
- **Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese**
- (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, manage aggressive targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- **Experience selling cloud services to Web3 or FinTech companies**
- (exchanges, payment platforms, wallets, or financial infrastructure providers).
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, CDN, security, networking) and their application in Web3/FinTech scenarios.
- **Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas**
- in a competitive B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, data sovereignty, and regulatory considerations relevant to Web3/FinTech clients.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
