We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist for a leading healthcare facility in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in psychological assessments, evidence-based therapies, and managing a wide range of mental health and developmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, IPT, and DBT
- Perform IQ and psychometric assessments
- Assess and support patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Develop individualized intervention and rehabilitation plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Skills And Qualifications
- Master's / PhD in Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience in IQ & Psychometric Assessments
- Proficiency in therapies: CBT, IPT, and DBT
- Strong communication, empathy, and case management skills
Requirements
- Must be licensed or eligible for Qatar licensing
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings preferred
