TikTok is hiring a Client Solutions Manager for Retail and Ecommerce in Dubai to serve as a strategic partner to advertisers, managing post-sale relationships and optimizing campaign performance.

- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with Retail & Ecommerce vertical advertisers
- Support Client Partners on pre sale research and pitch with focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
- Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business product solutions
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction based tools
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights
- Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative approach to build productive client relationships
- Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues and provide market feedback
- Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop where applicable
- Share client/market/vertical learnings across teams through case studies or other sharings
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance based campaign management in in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side
- Deep understanding of user acquisition & performance marketing with a passion for social media, content platforms and Retail & Ecommerce industries
- Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Practical hands on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major app tracking tools like MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer) and web tracking tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
- High oral and written fluency in Turkish and English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
- Hands on experience with App, CPAS, Shopping Ads, and broader e commerce marketing preferred

Role Overview
- The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) Retail & Ecommerce is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for key clients in industries such as marketplaces, fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, price comparison sites and quick commerce apps.
- The CSM acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with Retail & Ecommerce vertical advertisers.
- Support and work closely with the Client Partners on pre sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
- Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions.
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction based tools.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights.
- Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients.
- Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Work closely with creative teams to provide Retail & Ecommerce clients with creative solutions support.
- Drive and facilitate the adoption of Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop where applicable.
- Share client/market/vertical learnings and knowledge across Client Solutions Teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance based campaign management in in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition & performance marketing with a passion for social media, content platforms and Retail & Ecommerce industries.
- Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit.
- Practical and sophisticated hands on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major app tracking tools like MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, etc and web tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.
- High oral and written fluency in Turkish and English.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus.
- Sales oriented mindset with strong account management skills and experience.
- Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations and infrastructure.
- Hands on experience with App, CPAS, Shopping Ads, and broader e commerce marketing.
- Proven ability to manage revenue bearing responsibilities, targets, and strategic program development.
