About the Role
TikTok seeks a Client Solutions Manager to serve as a strategic partner for Retail & Ecommerce advertisers in Türkiye & South Asia. You will manage post-sale relationships, design full-funnel ad strategies, optimize campaign performance, and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with Retail & Ecommerce vertical advertisers
- Support Client Partners on pre sale research and pitch with focus on product solutions and advertising strategy
- Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business product solutions
- Increase adoption of TikTok's auction platform and auction based tools, providing technical support and real time analysis
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer data driven business insights and improve advertising offerings
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews and build productive client relationships with internal teams
- Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product areas, build team expertise, and promote cross regional collaboration
- Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues, provide market feedback, and support product development
- Work with creative teams to provide Retail & Ecommerce clients with creative solutions support
- Work with measurement partners and advertisers to develop understanding of success measurement and communicate TikTok's value
- Build trusting relationships with external client and agency teams to ensure sustained account growth
- Cooperate with ad policy team to keep clients and team updated on policy changes
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance based campaign management in house, digital agencies, platforms, or media side
- Deep understanding of user acquisition & performance marketing with passion for social media, content platforms, and Retail & Ecommerce
- Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit
- Hands on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement using MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer) and web tracking tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
- High oral and written fluency in Turkish and English
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams (preferred)
- Sales oriented mindset with strong account management skills (preferred)
- Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations, and infrastructure (preferred)
- Hands on experience with App, CPAS, Shopping Ads, and broader e commerce marketing (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage revenue bearing responsibilities, targets, and strategic program development (preferred)

Role Overview
- The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) Retail & Ecommerce is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for key clients in industries such as marketplaces, fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, price comparison sites and quick commerce apps.
- The CSM acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, while ensuring scalable campaign execution, robust measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive sales and long term growth.
- You will collaborate with Client Partners to design end to end strategies, manage campaign operations, and optimize performance across web and app channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with Retail & Ecommerce vertical advertisers
- Support and work closely with the Client Partners on pre sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
- Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, performance and consideration products
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights and use those insights to improve advertising offerings
- Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients
- Keep an accurate record of pending and active campaign plans and maintaining campaign schedules and availability of ad inventory
- Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas, build team level expertise, and promote cross regional/functional exchange
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues, provide market feedback, and support product development
- Work closely with creative teams to provide Retail & Ecommerce clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and creative strategies
- Work closely with measurement partners and advertisers to develop understanding of how advertisers measure success and help them understand the true value of TikTok
- Build trusting relationships and robust communication with external client & agency teams to ensure sustained growth of accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance based campaign management in in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side
- Deep understanding of user acquisition & performance marketing with a passion for social media, content platforms and Retail & Ecommerce industries
- Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit
- Practical and sophisticated hands on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major app tracking tools like MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, etc and web tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc
- High oral and written fluency in Turkish and English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Turkish market served by the business
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
- Sales oriented mindset with strong account management skills and experience
- Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations and infrastructure, ability to effectively translate technical language to non technical stakeholders
- Hands on experience with App, CPAS, Shopping Ads, and broader e commerce marketing
- Proven ability to manage revenue bearing responsibilities, targets, and strategic program development to drive education and product adoption
