About the Team

  • The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services.
  • Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change.
  • Success requires a focus on client service, ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow post sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
  • Cross functional coordinate with internal teams such as ad ops, product and R&D teams to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.
  • Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results.
  • Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
  • Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights.
  • Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.
  • Support and work with the sales team on pre sale research and pitch.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, technology, and client engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Problem solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, online advertising, or social media platforms through coursework, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, project, or academic experience related to digital marketing, advertising, account management, consulting, or customer facing roles.
  • Basic understanding of online advertising platforms, campaign performance metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience working with data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Technology, Services, or Digital Advertising industries.
