Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes
- Cross functionally coordinate with internal teams such as ad ops, product and R&D to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, proactively take initiative to improve results
- Investigate and work with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights
- Share marketplace feedback and guide advertising strategy
- Support sales team on pre sale research and pitch
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative approach to build productive client relationships
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, technology, and client engagement
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills and proactive attitude toward learning in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, online advertising, or social media platforms
- Internship, project, or academic experience related to digital marketing, advertising, account management, or consulting preferred
- Basic understanding of online advertising platforms and campaign performance metrics preferred

- The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Cross functional coordinate with internal teams such as ad ops, product and R&D teams to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.
- Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results.
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights.
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy.
- Support and work with the sales team on pre sale research and pitch.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, technology, and client engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Problem solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, online advertising, or social media platforms through coursework, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, project, or academic experience related to digital marketing, advertising, account management, consulting, or customer facing roles.
- Basic understanding of online advertising platforms, campaign performance metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience working with data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated interest in the Technology, Services, or Digital Advertising industries.
