Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers
- Support Business Partnership Managers on research, plan and pitch with focus on product solutions and advertising strategy
- Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business product solutions
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and tools
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer data driven business insights
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients
- Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product areas
- Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues
- Work with creative teams to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support
- Cooperate with Ad Policy and Ad Operation teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance based campaign management across in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media environments
- Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing
- Proactive, self starting attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Sales oriented mindset with strong account management experience
- Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement, including hands on use of major MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers.
- Support and work closely with the Business Partnership Managers on research, plan and pitch.
- Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions.
- Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction based tools.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights.
- Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach.
- Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues.
- Work closely with creative teams to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support.
- Work closely with measurement partners and advertisers.
- Cooperate with the Ad Policy team.
- Cooperate with the Ad Operation team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance based campaign management across in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media environments.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong interest in social media and the gaming industry.
- Proactive, self starting attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Sales oriented mindset with strong account management experience and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement, including hands on use of major MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Fast learner with a start up mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical issues.
- Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, attribution challenges, and performance troubleshooting across complex campaigns.
- Experience supporting clients or advertisers in the gaming industry.
- Professional proficiency in Russian is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution in a client facing commercial role.
