Role Overview

  • Client Solutions are the trusted advocates connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, driving collaboration that translate into long term client partnerships and growth.
  • The Client Solutions Manager Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement solutions for key clients in the gaming industry.
  • Client Solutions Manager proposes full funnel advertisement solutions to clients and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers
  • Support and work closely with the Business Partnership Managers on research, plan and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brand performance and performance products
  • Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
  • Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients
  • Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas, build team level expertise, and promote cross regional/functional exchange
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development
  • Work closely with creative teams to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and creative strategies
  • Work closely with measurement partners and advertisers to develop a solid understanding of how advertisers measure success and help them understand the true value of TikTok
  • Cooperate with the Ad Policy team to ensure the clients and team are kept up to date on any policy changes and get all support needed
  • Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance based campaign management across in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media environments
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong interest in social media and the gaming industry
  • Proactive, self starting attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Sales oriented mindset with strong account management experience and the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement, including hands on use of major MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non technical stakeholders
  • Fast learner with a start up mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical issues
  • Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, attribution challenges, and performance troubleshooting across complex campaigns
  • Experience supporting clients or advertisers in the gaming industry
  • Professional proficiency in Russian is a plus as the role involves direct client communication across the Russian market served by the business
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution in a client facing commercial role
