Role Overview

  • Client Solutions are trusted advocates connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, driving collaboration that translate into long term client partnerships and growth.
  • The Client Solutions Manager Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement solutions for key clients in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers.
  • Support and work closely with the Business Partnership Managers on research, plan and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions.
  • Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction based tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights.
  • Conduct regular and strategic business reviews and take a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  • Act as product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
  • Work closely with creative teams to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support.
  • Work closely with measurement partners and advertisers to develop a solid understanding of how advertisers measure success.
  • Cooperate with the Ad Policy team to ensure the clients and team are kept up to date on any policy changes.
  • Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance based campaign management across in house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media environments.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong interest in social media and the gaming industry.
  • Proactive, self starting attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Sales oriented mindset with strong account management experience and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement, including hands on use of major MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Fast learner with a start up mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, attribution challenges, and performance troubleshooting across complex campaigns.
  • Experience supporting clients or advertisers in the gaming industry.
  • Professional proficiency in Russian is a plus.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution in a client facing commercial role.
