About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide daily servicing tasks with the highest possible level of customer service
- Offer a positive experience to the client, clearly understand client requirements, reply to support requests, and promote self care
- Manage customer incidents: identify, alert, measure impact, communicate, and prepare post incident reports
- Maintain expertise on all product lines (Cash & Trade) and systems, and continually enhance knowledge
- Assist with projects in collaboration with Local IT, Cash Management and Trade product managers
- Participate in department meetings and handle various tasks/projects assigned by manager
Requirements
- University degree, preferably Bachelor in Business Administration or IT
- 5 years' work experience in the field of banking operations/client service
- Professional working proficiency in English and French
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
- Good working knowledge of Cash products (Payment Structure, SWIFT, etc.) and basic understanding of Trade products (LCs, SBLCs, BGs, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic project management skills
- Highly effective communicator, written and oral, with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a highly autonomous team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with precision in a fast paced environment

The position at a glance
- The Client Service Officer acts as the main service contact for BNP Paribas Global banking clients (Cash and Trade) in the Americas.
- Objective: Providing best in class customer service and maintaining the standard of excellence of BNP Paribas.
In detail
- Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done.
- Provide daily servicing tasks with the highest possible level of customer service.
- Offer a positive experience to the client, clearly understand client requirements, reply to support requests, promote self care.

Schedule
- Must be available to work any of the various shifts (8 hours between 8am to 8pm).
