Under the guidance and direction of the Client Relations Manager and Client Event Specialists, providing support on the planning and execution of in-person, hybrid and virtual events.
Researcing, sourcing and booking venues, entertainment, gifting and other services.
Preparing onsite event materials.
Assisting with on-site event registration and delivery of events.
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to client event inquiries.
Updating RSVPs and Attendance in Salesforce.
Preparing event reports on metrics and analyzing data.
Coordinating seasonal and ad hoc client gifting initiatives.
Processing invoices and reconciling credit card statements.
Preparing and processing event recordings for distribution to clients.
Collaborating with other firm teams to ensure that event and gifting needs are fully met.
Keeping the Client Relations Manager informed of progress on projects, as well as any issues that require escalation.
Contributing to Client and Markets team initiatives and special projects, as required.

Post- Secondary education in business, marketing, communications, and/or diploma in event management an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience.
Experience with virtual event platforms an asset.
Bilingualism (French and English) – An asset but is not required.
