Identifying OCGs against the firm’s key client list, ensuring the most up-to-date OCGs are available and finalized.
Overseeing the management of OCG terms in Intapp Terms and ensuring that relevant approvals are in place.
Reviewing outside counsel requests and ensuring the collection of required supporting documentation.
Coordinating the review of outside counsel guidelines, retention agreements, and related documentation.
Monitoring compliance with firm policies governing the retention and management of external legal service providers.

Tracking engagement renewals, terminations, and other key milestones.
Serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding outside counsel matters and requirements.
Preparing reports, metrics, and dashboards relating to engagement letter compliance and outside counsel activity.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and assisting with implementing operational efficiencies.
Leading the development, maintenance, and communication of policies and procedures.
Assisting with delivering training and guidance to firm personnel on engagement letter and outside counsel processes.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience related to database management principles
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, ideally acquired in a legal or professional services environment
Bilingual (English/French) with excellent verbal and written communication skills is an asset.
