Role Overview
Support senior client advisors with client communication, requests, campaign activities, reporting, and follow-up work.
Contribute to client satisfaction, business growth, service standards, and operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions and requests professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist with identifying sales opportunities and suggestions for business growth.
- Organize and coordinate advertising campaigns according to agreed schedules.
- Monitor client and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Process customer requests accurately within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate with product, customer support, and integration teams.
- Improve internal processes and maintain organized client and campaign records.
- Prepare presentations, client updates, reports, and supporting materials.
Experience Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English skills are required.
- A positive, professional, proactive, dependable, and responsible approach is expected.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, coordination, and multitasking abilities are required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and common office tools is required.
- Candidates should be willing to learn quickly and adapt to changing responsibilities.
- Candidates should collaborate effectively while working independently when required.
