About the role

  • The Client Partner role is directly responsible for segmenting the market, identifying prospects and industry trends, building relationships, and helping clients drive business results on TikTok.
  • The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling, passion for growing revenue, strategic vision, and willingness to execute tactics.
  • Success requires strong sales, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with direct clients within our Mid Market team.
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients within the Retail & e commerce industry.
  • Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Update clients on TikTok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within the Retail and e commerce industry, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, including industry trends, measurement, attribution, and landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up and strong enthusiasm for TikTok products.
  • Well established relationships with key marketing decision makers and agencies in the MENA region.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to build trust with C level clients.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and thriving in fast paced environments.
  • High oral and written fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Team oriented mindset with commitment to mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven ability to gain internal stakeholder support across product, marketing, and support teams.
