Khazna Data Centers seeks a Client Interface Manager to lead client relationships and ensure effective coordination and delivery of client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary senior interface between KDC and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Capture, manage, and track client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical interfaces, comments, approvals, and specifications.
- Lead client design reviews and preconstruction approvals.
- Coordinate client site visits, inspections, audits, and progress meetings.
- Ensure client commitments and milestones are reflected in project programmes.
- Provide clients with accurate and timely project progress updates.
- Coordinate client participation in testing and commissioning activities.
- Manage client comments and observations through to closure.
- Coordinate client acceptance, documentation, and handover requirements.
- Review project changes for scope, cost, schedule, and technical impacts.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or client management.
- Significant experience in data centres, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects.
- Experience working directly with hyperscale or major technology clients.
- Strong client relationship, stakeholder, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, programme awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
