- Build and grow strategic client relationships across key accounts
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders
- Develop account growth strategies and customer engagement plans
- Create scalable playbooks, SOPs, and best practices for client management and growth
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Establish customer health metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, adoption, and long term value
- Capture market and customer insights to help shape business strategy and product development
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building, growing, and managing strategic client relationships across the GCC/MENA region
- Strong background in high growth environments such as SaaS, MarTech, marketplaces, digital platforms, media, technology services, or venture backed businesses
- Demonstrated success growing key accounts, increasing customer value, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Experience engaging with C suite and senior decision makers across enterprise and mid market organisations
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and turn relationships into long term partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of customer retention, expansion, and growth strategies
- Experience introducing structure, processes, playbooks, and scalable ways of working in growing organisations
- Data driven approach to managing performance, customer health, and business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently and execute at pace

Role Overview
- We're building an ambitious, high growth startup and are looking for an experienced Client Growth & Sales Lead to help scale our commercial function and build long term strategic relationships with clients across the region.
- This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of commercial growth, client partnerships, customer success, and business strategy.
- You'll work closely with founders and leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and help establish the processes, playbooks, and frameworks that will support the company's next stage of growth.
- This is not a traditional account management role. We're looking for a builder—someone who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and is excited by the challenge of scaling a startup.
