Manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding client payments.
Maintain positive client relationships while following up on payment obligations and resolving concerns.
Collection Management
- Manage outstanding accounts and follow up through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Provide clear information about balances, payment options, and DLD rules and regulations.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
- Resolve payment disputes and discrepancies with clients.
Records and Reporting
- Maintain CRM records of client interactions, payment statuses, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare regular reports covering collection activity, outstanding balances, and payment trends.
- Identify potential collection risks and propose mitigation solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with sales and finance teams to support accurate billing and timely resolution of client issues.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of collections experience in the real estate or banking industry.
- Knowledge of real estate payment systems, property sales, and legal collection procedures.
- French or Russian language capability.
- Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
Preferred Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
