Role Summary

  • The Client Advisor works to achieve store sales goals by setting the standard of the Alo experiences & Brand Mission.

Position Responsibilities

  • Impacts the business and store environment positively.
  • Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alo’s initiatives.
  • Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly environment.
  • Continue to build client relationships daily.
  • Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results.
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage.
  • Knowledge of store goals, company communication, initiatives.
  • Resolve client needs quickly & effectively.
  • Educates guests and staff on product, community and culture.
  • Assists in processing shipment and product flow.
  • Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed.
  • Support other areas of the business as needed.

Requirements

  • Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client centric, sales environment.
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic.
  • Self motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity.
