Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum of two years of new client acquisition experience in the UAE.
- UAE driving license is required.
Job Purpose
Source and acquire new clients for retail flower shops and ecommerce operations.
Onboard brands and develop co-branding and cross-branding opportunities to increase sales.
Identify and onboard corporate, event management, hotel, government, and flower shop clients.
Own business development and client relationship management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify potential brands for strategic partnerships and explore co-branding and cross-branding collaborations.
- Identify flower buyers through cold calling, internet research, and networking, then present proposals to encourage purchases.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing contacts and new prospects.
- Expand opportunities with current clients and build a robust clientele base.
- Identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
- Develop long-term business strategies for assigned areas.
- Submit daily reports covering meetings, follow-ups, cold calling activities, and contract signings.
- Prepare weekly or monthly market forecasts and performance reports.
- Complete MIS reporting and other assigned duties.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
