Job Purpose
Create flower arrangements and bouquets for various occasions using artistic skills to satisfy customer needs.
Experience Requirement
- At least 4 years of GCC florist experience is required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Maintain visual displays of flowers.
- Handle predesigned arrangement requests and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral decor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations.
- Wrap flowers or attach notes as required.
- Select and cut flowers to create attractive arrangements that arrive safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,700 to AED 4,000 per month.
Employment Type
- The position is full-time and permanent.
