Requirements
- At least four years of florist experience is required.
Job Purpose
Create flower arrangements and prepare bouquets for various occasions that satisfy customer needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Manage the visual display of flowers.
- Handle predesigned arrangement requests and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral decor and lead floral installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations.
- Ensure flowers are wrapped or have notes attached as required.
- Select and cut flowers creatively to produce attractive arrangements that arrive safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
