Role overview
Lead and optimize the online platform's growth and operations with a focus on the Middle Eastern market, particularly the UAE.
The role combines digital marketing, operational excellence, brand strategy, product lifecycle management, technical proficiency, team leadership, and market insight.
Digital marketing
- Create and manage targeted SEO, social media, PPC, and email campaigns focused on regional gifting preferences.
- Optimize Google Ads and Meta budgets using Google Analytics and SEMrush for tracking and insights.
- Use personalization informed by user psychology, including occasion-based targeting.
- Improve conversion funnels, retargeting efforts, and A/B testing strategies.
Operational excellence
- Oversee ecommerce delivery, order fulfillment, customer service, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely and accurate gifting orders during peak seasons.
- Establish dashboards and standard operating procedures for logistics, inventory, and customer satisfaction tracking.
- Coordinate with production and packaging teams to maintain quality and consistency.
